Hands-on Growth Experience
My experience spans both ends of the business spectrum. I’ve helped a one-man business rebuild after redundancy — directing my team to design the brand, website, and implement my digital marketing strategy — and then worked alongside the founder for many years as the business grew to over £1m in turnover. He later sold the company and retired, and we still catch up for a beer.
At the other end of the scale, I’ve led marketing strategy for two major investment groups managing more than 60 shopping and retail parks across the UK, including Burlington Arcade in Piccadilly, Telford Shopping Centre, Greenbridge in Swindon, and Cwmbran Centre. That work delivered measurable growth and earned industry recognition, including the prestigious BSCS Purple Apple Awards for marketing excellence.
